A weekly menu arrives at Hotel Negresco Princess, the daily menu for all who want to enjoy a gourmet meal with seasonal, proximity and fair trade products. Every week the chef Jon Garcia will prepare a delicious proposal.

Watercress and corn salad with mango, radish, and pumpkin seeds

Fusilli mint pesto with mozzarella and dry tomatoes
Vegan legumes burger with chips
Cheese cake with red berries
Chocolate and hazelnut mousse
