Our illusion has its own name: Romina. We introduce her to you!

Romina is 3 years old and is a patient of Hematology. He is a very cheerful sea princess apprentice. As a good princess, her favorite color is pink and she loves to get dress in that color. And her greatest illusion is: To be a princess of the sea and visit the fishes of the Aquarium of Barcelona.

Romina has discovered her fascination for fishes thanks to the drawings on the walls of the hospital where she is attended and very excited she has explained us that she wants to give “fishy” kisses to the fishes that she will meet at the Aquarium.

But Romina also likes princesses a lot. And, for that reason, she has the illusion of becoming a princess of the sea like the little mermaid Ariel. And to be able to visit the aquarium fishes dressed as a princess and with a large crown.

Romina likes the sea and she is learning many things. The other day they went to the beach in Barcelona to collect shells, pebbles and sand to make a representation of the underwater world and she has prepared some homework that shows that she is an authentic expert!

Romina and her family lived in Ecuador and came to Barcelona in August last year for health reasons. They have had to extend their stay in the city due to medical complications and, while Romina’s father has had to return to his country, the little Romina “princess of the sea” and her mother have stayed in Barcelona.

Romina´s illusion is also our illusion and next 23rd of April the Barcelona Princess and the Negresco Princess Hotels will offer a rose of Sant Jordi to our guests to share the power of illusion that helps children with serious illnesses such as of Romina, so that they could recover from their illness as the knight of Sant Jordi defeated the dragon in the legend.
