Tapa of Hotel Negresco Princess won a category of the Hotel Tapa Tour

The Cupola of lamb, foie and chocolate of the Hotel Negresco Princess was the winner tapa in the “Tapas de la Tierra” category(A tapa made with meat, poultry or vegetables) of the second edition of the Hotel Tapa Tour in Barcelona.

From May 4 to May 14, was held the Hotel Tapa Tour. This event is a tapas route with wine and cavas D.O. in urban hotels of 5 and 4 stars in Barcelona.

During the closing of this second edition in Barcelona, the awards were delivered to the most voted tapas of the different categories and to the Plancton Marino (Marine Plankton) Challenge in which the Barcelona Princess Hotel was finalist.
